Degradable corn starch based biomaterial. Divided into two; meets ASTM D-6866 and OK-biobase standards
(1) The biomass content is more than 60%, and the rest is ordinary plastic; this material can only be added and blended with LDPE or HDPE. It can be added in an amount of 30-50%. Our company called the additive master batch number XH-101
(2) The biomass content is about 40%, and the rest is ordinary plastic. This material can be blown directly. No need to add any materials. Our company refers to the added masterbatch number XH-102. These two materials are also referred to as biomass materials, where the biomass content can be partially degraded within two years. Each country has different standards for the identification of environmentally-friendly biodegradable bags. Japan requires bio-degradable bags with a biomass content of more than 20%. The standard for biodegradable plastics in China is that the weight loss rate of degradation reaches 15% or more. It can be called a biodegradable plastic bag.
